Do you know those people who radiate love, light, and support? The people who bring you up, make the bad days good and the good days great. Those people are my sunshine. They fill me with encouragement and shower me in love.

They don’t drain me. They don’t stand in my light. They let me be exactly who I am.

It is vital we find people who embrace us and love us for who we are in life. None of us are perfect but we are all so beautifully unique.

It took me a while to realize your circle of people shouldn’t drain you, they should do the literal opposite. They should empower you, love you, and allow you space to grow, feel, learn, and more. They should leave you feeling refreshed and inspired, loved and cared for.

I am thankful for my friends and family who shower me with light and love. I am falling in love every day with the life I am creating, who I am becoming, and the people I surround myself with.

To my people – I thank you for being my sunshine. I thank you for being you and I will always be here to shower you with love, light, and happiness back.
